She studied and graduated from Korea National University of Arts. Her majors are  Product Design and Interaction Design. She worked at SK Planet HCI team, Milano Continuum, Cyphics Design Consulting Company and now she works as a Service Design Director at HUDC(Human Understanding Design Center), Seoul Medical Center.

When service design was first introduced nationwide, she had already started a several projects especially on healthcare service design. She has done service design projects mainly with Samsung Seoul Medical Center ER, Health Screening Center, Seoul Dentistry for the Handicapped and Kangbuk Samsung Hospital, and also lead design education for hospital members. She has also worked on a number of R&D projects, such as redesigning health screening results paper with NHIS(National Health Insurance Service), suggesting a future concept scenario with Samsung Electronics, and a concept scenario applying telemedicine for future healthcare industry with MOTIE(Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy). She is now working with Seoul’s 13 public hospitals, trying to make a change in public sector with service design approach.
