The presentation will showcase some of the new features and customer service initiatives that MTR has recently implemented to improve customer service in one of the world’s busiest metro systems.
Starting with the premise that every one of the five million plus trips taken on the MTR each day is a personal journey, the presentation will show how a diverse range of new equipment, design features and customer service enhancements are combined to enhance the experience of using the MTR.
